Als Logistiek Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige logistieke proces binnen Europa en daarbuiten. Je stuurt het logistieke team aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte, betrouwbare en flexibele goederenstroom – van leverancier tot internationale klant. Daarbij houd je oog voor snelheid, kostenbeheersing en de hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden die de fashionbranche vraagt.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan Hoofd Logistiek & Productie.

• Lead and coach the logistics team (warehouse, transport planning, import/export).
• Coordinate international goods flows via road, sea and air.
• Optimise the distribution network in Europe and beyond.
• Maintain contacts with international partners, carriers, customs agencies and logistics service providers.
• Monitor delivery times, logistics KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customs formalities, import/export documentation and compliance.
• Implement process and system improvements (WMS/ERP) and cost optimisations.
• Draw up logistics reports for management and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, e-commerce and customer service for seamless order processing.

• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in internationale logistiek, bij voorkeur in fashion of lifestyle.
• Kennis van internationale transportnetwerken en douaneprocessen.
• Ervaring met ERP- en WMS-systemen (bijv. SAP, Exact, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; andere talen zijn een pré.
• Sterke leidinggevende, organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden.
• Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding, stressbestendig en flexibel.
• Affiniteit met de dynamiek en seizoen gebondenheid van de mode-industrie.
