RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop for free if coming from the EU. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service. You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so up to four hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service. This is possible during business hours (Mon to Fri from 9:00-17:00) or by calling +31 (0)20 659 1111. During the sale you can cancel your order up to one hour after placing it.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EU RETURNS

1. Register your return

Register your return via the button above. You have 14 days to register your return. Enter your details to create a free return label (if coming from the EU).

2. Pack your item(s)

Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid box.

Attach the return label over the original shipping label.

3. Send your package

Take your package to your preferred drop-off point within 14 days of registering your return, or wait for it to be picked up.

4. Refund

Once our distribution center receives your return, it will be processed within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

NON-EU RETURNS

1. Register your return

Register your return using the button above. You have 14 days to register your return. For some countries, you will need to arrange a return label through the portal on our website.

Please also print the invoice three times.

2. Pack your item(s)

Place the item(s) you want to return back in the original box, and include the order confirmation you received with your package.

Put one invoice inside the box and add one to the outside of the box.

3. Make a returnlabel

If you purchased a return label via Returnista, please attach it over the original shipping label. If that wasn’t an option, create a return label at your preferred drop-off point. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the label.

Give your packed return to your preferred drop-off point. Make sure to provide the third invoice to the shipping carrier.

4. Refund or exchange

Once our distribution center receives your return, it will be processed within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
