SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When can in expect my delivery?

For orders to The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

For international orders, please see an overview of our shipping and delivery terms here.

Which delivery methods do you use?

All STUDIO AR products are shipped from The Netherlands via a secure and tracked shipping method with DHL or UPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for all country's we offer free shipping.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all country's in the EU and to Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Are there any additional VAT or taxes to pay?

No, there are no additional charges for import duties or transportation costs upon delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

Is it possible to choose a specific date and time for my order delivery?

No, unfortunately you cannot choose your own date or time for your delivery at the checkout. However it is often possible to adjust the delivery time or location via the DHL app. If the delivery is not visible in the app, you can manually add it using the tracking number.

Can I select the option express delivery for my order?

No, you can't select it yourself. But if you’d like to request express shipping at your own expense, please let us know via email. You can reach us at: info@studio-ar.nl.

How can I track my order?

To check (the status of) your order, please log in to your STUDIO AR account and click on order details. If you have checked-out as a guest, please refer to your e-mails as we will update you there.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes, your order will be accepted for refund when the item is in original condition and packaging, shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date. To read more about our returns policy and how you can can register a return, please click here.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. If you would like to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

Do you offer free returns?

No, we only offer free returns for countries within the EU.

Can I return two orders in one package?

Yes, you can return to orders in one package. Please add both order confirmations to the return package. Also please register your return via our return page.

Can I return sale items?

Yes. Our regular returns policy is applicable for sale items. To read more about returns, click here.

Can I return my order to one of your retail stores?

No, unfortunately you can only return your online order on our website.

Why hasn't my order arrived on time?

During collection launches, sale periods or the holiday season delivery might take longer than estimated. We will notify you with an e-mail from our courier once your package has been dispatched.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return package at our warehouse and your return is approved for a refund, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail after placing my order - what do I do?

Sometimes it can take a moment for a confirmation e-mail to show up in your inbox. If you haven't received it after several hours, please send an e-mail to info@studio-ar.nl

Can I still make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes yourself after placing your order, but if you email us directly about any changes, we may be able to adjust it for you.

Where can I see the status of my order?

To check (the status of) your order, please log in to your STUDIO AR account and click on order details.

If you have checked-out as a guest, please refer to your e-mails as we will update you there.

What currency is used online?

All prices are charged in EURO'S.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payments made via iDeal, Klarna, Bancontant, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Mollie. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store your payment details.

What do I do if I received a faulty item?

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund for you.

Do you offer giftcards?

At this moment, we do not sell or accept giftcards for our webshop.

CARE & CRAFTMANSHIP

How do I care for my items?

Our pieces are made from high-quality materials that are designed to last. To keep them looking their best, they do need occasional care to maintain the strenght of the material. Visit our care page to learn how to properly care for your items.

Can I wash my leather trousers?

Yes, but only our stretch trousers. Please read the washing instructions that are attached to every item carefully, or head over to our care page for more information.

My pieces show slightly imperfections - how can this happen?

Just like humans, the skin of animals can show small scars, pores or discoloration. Please know that these aren’t material flaws, as it only shows the authenticity that is distinctive for genuine leather pieces.

Where are Studio AR products made?

Our items are designed in The Netherlands and crafted in our privately owned factories in Turkey and Asia. Unique to our industry is that we control two-thirds of our production process, as the factories where our items are made are our own. In this way, we can ensure the working conditions and well-being of our staff. We solely use leather and shearling that are by-products from the meat industry, and all factories and leather tanneries in our supply chain are adjoined by the Leather Working Group (LWG).

No, at this moment you can only shop STUDIO AR through our webshop and via our selected wholesale retailers.

How many collections come out every year?

Our designers present two ready-to-wear collections annually. One SPRING-SUMMER collection and one FALL-WINTER collection.
