For our Sales team, we are looking for a passionate German-speaking Wholesale Coordinator to support our DACH Sales team from our head office in Badhoevedorp.

As a Wholesale Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting our wholesale sales activities across the DACH region. You are the central point of contact for the sales process and ensure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. 

This role is based at our head office in Badhoevedorp. As you will work closely with our Sales team and colleagues across various departments, we are looking for someone who enjoys working on-site and values close collaboration with colleagues. You will be part of a team of four Account Managers and work closely with a fellow Back Office Coordinator. Together, you will contribute to delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships. 

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, structured, and has a keen eye for detail. You are proactive, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment. As a true team player, you collaborate easily with colleagues from different cultures and remain calm, accurate, and decisive, even when working under pressure. 

• Act as the first point of contact for wholesale customers and agents.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.

• Analyse and report on weekly resale overviews and support the follow-up actions.
• Prepare for and support the organisation of trade fairs.
• Provide sales support and assist with operational tasks during trade fairs.
• Process and manage customer returns.
• Prepare monthly summaries and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Manage orders, repeat orders, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer account changes and handle administrative tasks related to customer enquiries.

• You have experience in a customer- or service-oriented environment in a supporting role.
• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written, and have a good command of English.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are results-oriented, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are comfortable working independently while also being a true team player.
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
