No worries, read more below on how you can return your items.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To file a return on your online order, please follow the following steps:
- Fill out the return/exchange form that you have received with your order.
- Place the items you wish to return and the filled-in return form in a suitable box (f.e. the box you got from us).
- Attach the address label to your package and bring it to your nearest DHL pick-up point
or UPS access point depending on your return address label.
Returning a product for a refund is complimentary. If you lost your pre-paid label or if you have questions or more information, please get in touch with our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
