HOW TO RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning for free if coming from the EU.

  • 1. Log your return

    Register your return. You have 14 days to return your order. Enter your details to create a free return label (if coming from the EU).

  • 2. Pack your items

    Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid box.

  • 3. Send your package

    Take it to your preferred drop off point or wait for your pick up.

  • 4. Refund or exchange

    As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive within 14 working days a refund.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge if the package is coming from the EU. You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.

1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.

2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose a reason for why you are returning them.

3. Pack your items. you can re-use the STUDIO AR packaging the order was sent in or any other solid box for the return.

4. Drop your package off at your nearest drop-off point or wait for your pick up.

5. As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive within 14 working days a refund.

  • Option 1: refund

    A refund is considered a "normal return." When registering your return, you can select the option for a refund in Returnista for your recent order.

     

    Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 10 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. If you used store credit for your payment, the refunded amount will be returned to you as store credit.

  • Option 2: exchange

    If you like the item you received but the size isn't quite right, you have the option to exchange it. Exchanges are only possible for the exact same item and color but in a different size. If the desired size isn’t available when completing your exchange request, it means the product is out of stock in that size. In that case, you can choose another return option, such as a store credit.

     

    If you are able to select the size you want to exchange it for, you can send the parcel back to us. After our warehouse has unpacked your package within 10 working days, your exchange will be sent to you. You will also receive a new ordernumber and trackingcode via the email to track your package.

  • Option 3: store credit

    If you wish to return your items for a different size or color, we recommend this option. Also choose this option if you shop regularly and have a few more items you would like. Instead of receiving a refund, you will receive store credit, which can be used as a payment method for your next purchase.

     

    The advantage of store credit is that we add an extra €5.95 to your original refund amount. Simply return the package to our warehouse, and we will process your return within 10 working days. Once processed, you will receive the store credit via email.
