Please note that exchanges are not possible. If you'd like a different size or color, simply place a new order for the desired item. We’ll refund the amount as soon as we process your return.

How to return within the EU?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge if the package is coming from the EU. You have 14 days to register your return, beginning from the day you received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.

  • 1. Register your return

    Register your return via the button below. You have 14 days to register your return. Enter your details to create a free return label (if coming from the EU).

  • 2. Pack your item(s)

    Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid box.

  • 3. Send your package

    Take it within 14 days from the moment you registered the return to your preferred drop off point or wait for your pick up.

  • 4. Refund

    As soon as our distribution center receives your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

    How to return outside the EU?

We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us, but please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You have 14 days to register your return, starting from the day you received it. If you selected a ParcelShop for delivery, the withdrawal period begins on the day it was delivered to the pick-up point.

      Register your return or exchange via the button above. You have 14 days to register your return. Also please print the invoice 3 times.

    • 2. Pack your item(s)

      Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid box. Put one invoice inside the box and add one to the outside of the box.

    • 3. Make a returnlabel

      Take your packed return package to your preferred drop-off point and create a shipping label there. Please note that you will need to pay for the label. Also, provide one invoice to the shipping carrier.

    • 4. Refund

      As soon as our distribution center receives your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
