Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator
We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator with a true passion for fashion, trends, and storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and ensuring a consistent brand image across all social channels for ARMA and STUDIO AR.
You live and breathe social media, love being both behind and in front of the camera, and know how to translate brand aesthetics into content that resonates. You’ll also support the marketing team with shoot production and styling, ensuring smooth execution and strong brand representation.
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic fashion environment.
RESPONSABILITIES
• Plan, create, and publish daily content (Reels, TikToks, images, videos, stories) across all social channels for ARMA and STUDIO AR.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure alignment with the marketing strategy and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate and assist during campaign, e-commerce, and content shoots — from planning to on-set support.
• Support in styling and concept execution during shoots.
• Coordinate packshot production and ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, proposing new and creative ideas for brand visibility and engagement.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align on priorities, performance, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
•1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related marketing field.
•Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and current trends.
•Comfortable being on camera and creating video content.
•Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar digital media tools.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills in both English and Dutch.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail, fashion, and aesthetics.
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Available full-time (40 hours per week).
