When does the Black Friday sale start?

Our Black Friday offer will start on Monday, November 24. To receive access to our Black Friday deals, you must be subscribed to our newsletter. You can subscribe to our newsletter at the top of this page.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Germany takes 2–3 working days. Shipment to other countries takes 5–7 working days. Please note that during sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Delivery details will be provided in the shipment email from DHL or UPS.

Can I return items purchased during Black Friday?

Yes, you can also return purchases made during Black Friday according to our standard return policy. Please check our return conditions for more information.

Will all items be included in the Black Friday sale?

Almost our entire collection will be included in the Black Friday sale, with the exception of the items with a new label, which will remain at regular prices.
